BREAD/ PUMPKIN BREAD

Ingredients:
3 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin (cooked, mashed or use canned)
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Pour into prepared loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
Special note: Try adding raisons, cranberries or even crushed pineapple.
