COOKIES & TREATS/ MOM'S BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients:

5 to 6 eggs
5 cups milk
1 cup sugar
5 to 6 pieces of stale bread broken
 into pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
a little nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Stick a knife in the middle of pudding.
When it comes out clean, it's done!

sugar works.  Mom told me she got 
this recipe from her beloved Grandmother,
Rosella Bennett."
