MAIN COURSE DISHES/ VENISON TENDERLOIN OR CHOPS

Venison Tenderloin
 
Directions:

Take 1 lb. venison tenderloin or chops
Brown in fry pan with 2 tbsp of butter

Season with: 3 tbsp. Worcestershire
Sauce, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp.
Lawrys Seasoning Salt, 1 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. pepper

Simmer in pan until thoroughly cooked.
About 20 minutes.

Slice and serve over brown rice.
