VEGETABLES/ AUNT TERRY'S ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE

1 large zuchinni squash
1 package of Stove Top Chicken Dressing
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 stick butter



Slice squash and par boil.
Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl.
 Pour melted butter over dressing and mix in separate bowl.
Drain squash and return to pan, pour soup mixture over squash and stir to combine.
Butter casserole dish and place 1/2 dressing in bottom of casserole dish.
Pour in squash, top with other half of dressing.
Cover and bake at 350°F for about an hour.

Options:
Add leftover chicken (cut into chunks)
Sprinkle with your favorite grated cheese
