VEGETABLES/ AMANDA'S POTATOES

1 bag of red potatoes
1 large red onion
McCormick Garlic and Herb seasoning
salt
margarine

Instructions:
Wash potatoes and cut into large cubes (do not peel)
Cut red onion into chunks
Put 1 tbsp margarine into large frying pan

Put potatoes into frying pan on med/low heat for 10 minutes with lid on to get potatoes cooked (do not let the potatoes get too soft)
Add red onion
Sprinkle salt for flavoring
Cover potatoes in Garlic and Herb seasoning

Once potatoes are cooked, turn up the temperature to high and brown the potatoes so they become a bit crispy (you'll probably need to add another tbsp of margarine and keep the pan covered).
