HOME CANNING/ LOUISE'S CHILI SAUCE

Ingredients:

Mom's Kitchen where all her delicious creations were made
for her family.  Momma may not have received the title of
"Master Chef" from an official organization, but to her
family..."She was a Master Chef!"
8 quarts peeled tomatoes
3 cups sweet red peppers, chopped
3 cups sweet onions, chopped
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 quarts of cider vinegar
2 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to a boil.  Cook slowly for three
hours.  Fill sterilized pint jars to
within 1/2" from top and process in 
boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
