MAIN COURSE / BAKED MAC-N-CHEESE

Ingredients:

Baked Mac-N-Cheese
1 box elbow macaroni
3 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup of Velvetta Cheese, chopped
1/2 cup of milk

Cook the elbow noodles and drain. 
Don't cook them all the way done.
Cut up the Velvetta Cheese and mix
in.  Add the shredded cheese and 
milk, mix all together.  Place in a 
large baking or casserole dish and
pour milk over mixture.

Bake on 350 degrees until the cheese
is melted.  Put about a cup of shredded
cheddar on top and put back in the oven 
and melt.  You may need to add more
milk.  Use your judgement.  I do not
measure.
