MAIN COURSE DISHES/ JOANIE'S BAKED CHICKEN

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a large rectangular baking dish
Wayne and Joan Locke
Thanksgiving, November 2008
with PAM vegetable spray.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs finely chopped
2 tbsp of parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients together.

Next:
One whole chicken, cut up
Dip the chicken pieces in one cup milk, then roll in the crumb mixture.

Bake 20 minutes, then cover with foil and
bake for one hour.

Make gravy with pan drippings.  Serve 
with mashed potatoes and your favorite
vegetable.
